Samsung has launched the new smartwatch Galaxy Watch 3 at the Galaxy Unpacked event. This smartwatch comes in two sizes. The smartwatch has a special SpO2 monitor that checks the user's blood oxygen level. Samsung has launched its new smartwatch Galaxy Watch 3. This smartwatch comes in two sizes - 41 mm and 45 mm. Each size watch has a variant with a Wi-Fi and an LTE connectivity. This smartwatch comes in three color options (Mystique Black, Mystique Bronze, and Mystique Silver). It is also thinner, smaller, and lighter than the previous generation Galaxy Watch.

In the US, the 41mm variant of the Galaxy Watch 3 is priced at $ 399 (about Rs 30,000) and the 45mm variant is priced at $ 429 (about Rs 32,100). The Galaxy Watch 3 has been launched in stainless steel and titanium variants.

Galaxy Watch 3 specifications

The 41mm variant of the Galaxy Watch 3 has a 1.2-inch circular Super AMOLED display with 360x360 pixel resolution. At the same time, the display size of the 45mm watch is 1.4 inches. For display protection, Corning Gorilla Glass DX has been given in it.

Coming with 1 GB RAM and 8 GB of storage, this watch works on Tizen based Wearable OS 5.5. If you talk about the processor, you get a dual-core Exynos 9110 CPU. Talking about the battery, the 41mm variant has 247mAh and the 45mm variant has a 340mAh battery.

Blood oxygen (SpO2) feature has been provided in them to monitor the health of the user. Apart from this, the company will also provide the Health Monitor app in these watches, after which it will also be able to take blood pressure and ECG readings. In the new watch, the company has also given a new trip detection feature, with the help of which users will be able to send customized SOS alerts to emergency contacts.

Samsung Galaxy Buds also launched

Samsung also launched Galaxy Buds Live True Wireless earphones along with the Note 20 series and the Galaxy Smartwatch 3. It is the first earphones of the company to come with an active noise cancellation feature. Their price is $ 169.99 (about Rs. 12,700). Its direct competition in the market is with Apple AirPods.

Galaxy Buds Live come in three color options Black, Bronze, and White. For strong sound, they have a 12mm driver with AKG tuning. A total of three microphones have been given for calling. There are two microphones outside and one inside.

Bluetooth version 5.0 is provided for connectivity. Talking about the case of Galaxy Buds, it comes with a USB Type-C charging port. The case has a 472mAh battery and the buds get a 60mAh battery. The company claims that once the case is charged, it can give a backup of up to 29 hours. As far as the buds are concerned, they can last up to 8 hours on a single charge.
